The beach volleyball section of Oulu University Sports Club (OYUS BV) is responsible for maintaining the courts. If a slot mentions a season fee or a court maintenance requirement, it cannot be freely booked. See the rules section for details. If there is no mention of a season fee or court maintenance, the slot is open for anyone to book. {{ t.rules }}.

Rules

  1. Rake the court first. Spend at least 5 minutes on it.
  2. At least two players must be known when making a booking.
  3. A group may have at most four hours of active bookings at any one time, with no more than two hours on the same day.
  4. If a slot mentions a season fee, all players must have paid the season fee — including players not listed in the booking — by game day at the latest. Remind your friends to pay promptly, not at some vague point in the future. All other slots are freely available to everyone.

Rules

  • I will make sure my group rakes the court at the start of our slot. Raking must take at least 5 minutes. (Illustrated raking guide) The court is not raked just for yourself — if you skip it, the next players will need extra time to rake. Violating this rule may result in the booker being banned from booking and playing at Linnanmaa courts.
  • If I cannot use a slot, I will cancel the booking as soon as possible.
